We do not touch color palettes until the structural integrity of the site is proven. Our process is built on a foundation of information architecture and user flow validation. This prevents the most common failure in web design: a pretty interface that confuses the user.
1. Discovery & Constraint Mapping
We interview stakeholders to define the "non-negotiables." Budget, timeline (typically 8–12 weeks), and technical constraints (CMS integration, SEO requirements) are documented before wireframes begin.
2. The "Invisible Grid" Architecture
Typography hierarchy and whitespace rhythm are established in grayscale. We use an 8pt baseline grid to ensure vertical rhythm, creating a reading path that feels effortless.
